Hum Apke Hain Koun (1994)

This movie has Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit as the main characters, it revolves
around these two main characters finding out what their relationship is towards one another hence the title of this movie. The movie starts with Prem's (Salman) brother who is a very eligible bachelor and his family wants him to marry Pooja Choudhrey, which he agrees to. At the wedding events, Prem meets Pooja's sister, Nisha and from that point on they keep contact after the wedding. After meeting few times, this is where both Prem and Nisha decide to wonder- what is my relationship with you? This question goes through both of their minds and it may form a new relationship but to find out you have to watch the movie! There are some dramatic twists in this movie which lead to their new relationship.

This specific movie is very comedic, romantic, and filled with little bit of drama as well to make it more interesting. The characters in this movie played their roles very well especially, Salman, Madhuri, Anupam Kher, Alok Nath and many more. The music in this movie isn't like the songs in hindi movies today but in the era it was made in fits very well into it. The songs are very catchy, entertaining and sweet. One of the tracks which will always remain catchy and entertaining years from now is 'Didi tera Devar Deewana' which is one of the tracks given above. This is also a family type of movie since it follows two loving families which go from family friends to turning that into a family relation.

I would give this movie an 8.5/10 since it's a movie which can always be watched till this day and the story line of this movie is one of a kind. I would recommend this movie to all bollywood movie lovers especially those who love the classics and love these family drama or romantic comedy type movies which will never get old. I would've given this movie a 10/10 but I believe that some scenes could have been better and some of the dialogue could have been improved as well. Overall, this movie was amazing, classical, amazing actors/actresses and entertaining music as well. It's a movie not to be missed, never too late to watch the classics!
