Kapoor & Sons (2016)
This movie is a family filled comedy which is full of different emotions and it will make you both laugh and cry. In this review, I will be focusing more on the characters and their roles and less on the plot since that is given in the trailer of the movie. I will say this much- in one short line this movie is about how the two sons of this family come back to visit their family and discover their parent's marriage isn't as stable as they thought it was. Sidharth Malhotra plays one of the brothers, his name is Arjun Kapoor in the movie and he is the more free spirit minded son. Fawad Khan is the older brother, his name in the movie is Rahul Kapoor, who is the more serious brother and is hiding a secret from his family.
Songs- The few songs which I loved from this movie are- 'Kar Gayi Chul' and 'Bolna'. The song 'Bolna' is more of a romantic type song between Alia and Sidharth who fall for one another in the movie. The other song 'Kar Gayi Chul' is a more party type song which will get you on your feet and dancing the night away. My favourite song from those two has to be 'Kay Gayi Chul' since the beat of that song makes you want to dance every time you hear it and gets me in a good mood.
Lessons- There are a few lessons to be learned from this movie. One important lesson to be learned from this movie is that no matter what happens family is always a priority and must come first. This movie shows that no family is perfect and lesson to learned is no one family or person is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, they should be forgiven.
Rating- I would give this a rating of 9/10 because of the amazing actors/actresses, plot, songs and ending as well. I would give this movie a 10/10 but it needed more songs in it and ending was good but it should've been extended. I also loved Sidharth's character and Rishi Kapoor's character in the movie. It is a must see movie of 2016 and one of the best movies of 2016, if you do not see this movie you will regret it.

Vivah (2006)
The movie, Vivah, is one of the cutest and romantic movies and I regret not seeing this movie earlier. Once you have seen the love between Prem and Poonam you will fall in love with their beautiful story and how they have come together as a couple at the end. I would give this movie a rating of 10/10, it didn't miss anything and the movie flowed really well from beginning to the end. I loved the song 'Mujhe Haq Hai' and 'Do Anjane Ajnabi' since these are the two most romantic songs in the movie and showcase the love between the lovers. I would recommend this movie to all fans of Shahid Kapoor or Amrita Rao, all cute romantic movie lovers and people who love these family oriented and romantic type movies. This movie also showcased the beauty and honesty in arranged marriages, showing that there is love there even though the marriage is set up between two strangers and in a short period of time. The movie has no villain, which goes to show that sometimes there is no need of a villain and for some this may be disagreed upon but in my opinion movies like these survive without a villain. It shows that sometimes some couples can click or connect on their first meeting and they know they are meant for one another- this is the beauty of arranged marriages. I have learned many few things from watching this movie such as; arranged marriages do work but if we do not work on them then they won't last and other thing being that sometimes just having faith in our partner is all we need- and of course having faith in both families and knowing whats right and wrong. I recommend all bollywood movie lovers to watch this movie and you will not regret this decision of giving this movie a chance. If you have any suggestions or recommendations for this movie, give me a shout and I can add more to this review.

Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015)
This movie involves the story between Ayushmann Khuranna and Bhumi Padnekar, and both of their families. Ayushmann plays the role of Prem, who owns a cassette shop in a local market and his father is urgently wanting his son to get married as soon as possible. Then he takes Prem and the rest of his family to a local temple to meet this girl, Sandhya, played by Bhumi who has a B.ed. and is looking for an available teaching position. Unfortunately the most visible think about her is her weight not her looks like Prem wanted. Prem wanted a girl with 'Juhi Chawla type looks or any beautiful actress' but he had no choice but to marry her. Later on, as they days go by Prem ignores his wife but Sandhya tries to spice up and add love to their loveless marriage. In their community, a race is organized where the husband has to carry his wife and by the pressure of his family he participates in this race with his wife, Sandhya. In the middle of this loveless marriage, Sandhya decides that maybe she needs to put an end to this marriage and spare him of this forced marriage. One thing to question here is- Will Prem ever notice anything more than Sandhya's weight or just never overlook that part of her? Can this competition, which is titled 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha' once and for all bring them closer?
In my opinion, this movie made me laugh many times and question a few things too in the movie. But mainly it makes you realize that we cannot focus on one aspect of our life partner, gf/bf but we should already know this and a movie shouldn't have to teach us these things. This movie had a few genres such as; comedy, drama and it was a family type movie for all to watch. I loved Bhumi's acting in this film, since she played her role of his role of Prem's overweight wife very well and it suited her. The songs were very nicely sung in this film, one of my favourite songs has to be 'Dard Karaara' and the video of that song is posted above. I would give this movie a rating of 9/10, for me it hit all the spots from beginning to end maybe one or two things could be changed but otherwise it was amazing and always makes me laugh. I also loved Ayushmann's acting as well, he knows how to play all his roles and does an amazing job every time. The songs in the beginning of the film by Kumar Sanu were the best since he has such an amazing voice better than other singers. It may seem like a different type of film because of the story involved in it but give it a shot and you might just love it like I did.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015)
As you all may know by watching the trailer of this movie or maybe watching all of it by now, that it starrs Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Harshaali Malhotra and Om Puri. The story starts with where this little girl who is mute, her name is Shahida (Harshaali) and she gets lost on her way back to Pakistan from her trip to India. While wandering around the city she gets lost in, she meets Pawan (Salman) who is facing a challenge by his lovers father and the role played by Kareena is as his lover. He is trying to find out where this little girl is from and who her parents are, while doing this him and the little girl develop an unbreakable and cute bond together. Then he realizes this girl is from Pakistan and he somehow has to get her there, this may include an illegal way. He uses the help of news reporter who helps him search for her parents and put the news out there, this story captures an audience in both India and Pakistan. This movie really captures the bond between Pawan and Shahida/Munni, this part of the movie really makes you very emotional and shows no matter where you are from these bonds can last and sometimes for a long time.
This movie includes a mix of genres going from comedy, drama, some romance and also this is a family type movie which will break you into many many tears. In my personal opinion, in the past few years Salman's movies were all having the same thing but this movie beat all of them because of the very emotional and magnificent story which will never get old. It also symbolizes the togetherness of two religions and two nations in the middle and end of the movie, this is something to look forward to. The whole movie was good from beginning to end since at first it set the setting really well for the audience then when the climax came it just got even better and makes you stay intrigued to watch the ending. I have to give it to Salman for his marvellous acting in the both comedy and emotional scenes since he acted them out really well. I would give this movie a 9/10, since it is also one of the best movies by Salman Khan and hope he brings more movies like this for us to watch. I would like to recommend this movie to all movie lovers who are interested in an emotional and dramatic movie with a side of comedy and of course should be a fan of Salman as well.
